The Scent-imental Yinzer brings that idea to your celebration. Charlotte sets up a full fragrance bar at your event and guides each guest through blending a custom room spray, fine fragrance mist or perfume. Everyone smells, layers, adjusts, and bottles a scent that is entirely their own. It is hands-on, relaxed, and a lot of fun, and every guest goes home with something they will actually use.

How It Works

  1. Inquire. Tell us about your event, your guest count, and the experience you have in mind.

  2. Reserve. A 50% deposit holds your date. We will confirm the details and send a short planning checklist.

  3. We set up. Charlotte arrives early with everything: oils, bases, bottles, scent strips, labels, and the bar itself.

  4. Your guests create. Each guest is guided from first sniff to final bottle, with help whenever they want it.

  5. Everyone takes theirs home. Guests leave with a finished, labeled bottle. We handle the cleanup.

The Perfume Bar

Our most personal experience. 

Guests build a richer, longer-lasting perfume in a 4 oz or 6.5 oz bottle, made to be worn every day or saved for a special occasion.

The Fine Fragrance Mist Bar

While all of our fragrances are delectable, our fine fragrance mist (think body spray) is a great activity for everyone of all ages.

A lighter, wearable scent for body or hair. Guests choose a 4 oz or 6.5 oz bottle.

The Room Spray Bar

Guests blend a custom 4 oz room spray for the home.

It is a favorite for housewarmings, community events, and anyone who wants their living room to smell like a core memory.

Starting at $25 per guest

All bar products are a part of our refillable program, each custom blended item comes with a recipe card that will be kept on file and each participant will have a discount when they choose to refill. Every booking includes a $150 event fee that covers setup, breakdown, all materials, and two hours of guided hosting. Events have a 10-guest minimum. Travel is included within 35 miles, and a mileage fee applies beyond that. Custom labels with names or your event date are available for $3 per guest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do guests need any experience? Not at all. Charlotte walks everyone through the process, and there are no wrong answers. Some guests chase a specific memory, and others simply follow their nose.

How long does the experience take? Plan on about two hours for most groups. Additional time can be added if you would like a longer, more leisurely event.

How much space do you need? A table about 6 to 8 feet long works well for most groups. Indoor spaces are best, since wind and heat affect fragrance.

What is the difference between the fine fragrance mist and the perfume? The mist is lighter and more refreshing, with a 10% fragrance blend. The perfume has double the fragrance concentration at 20%, so it is richer and lasts longer on the skin.

Can we choose a theme or signature scent? Yes. We can feature notes that suit your event, or create a signature scent for the guest of honor that everyone can include in their blend.

Are the ingredients safe for skin? The perfume and mist are made with cosmetic-grade fragrance oils and bases intended for skin. Room sprays are for the home and fabrics only. Guests with sensitivities are welcome to ask about ingredients before the event.

How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking six to eight weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates. Bookings made less than four weeks out include a rush fee.
